Bjarkarholt Guesthouse - Hagi (Vestfirdir)

A nice size and compact rooms provided with full kitchen, the bedroom, couch. Plus short walk to the ferry, and a beautiful area.

The staff at Bjarkarholt Guesthouse are extremely knowledgeable and simply the best hosts ever. The guesthouse is conveniently located near the ferry to Stykkisholmur, a charming restaurant, and stunning surroundings. It was a wonderful experience during our road trip. No complaints at all!

It's a clean property, very nice stay during our road trip. Great views from the double room. The terrace has a dining area and a kitchenette, for example. The people working there are amicable and knowledgeable, have a big heart. Location is remote, in a beautiful area.

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

Magnificent location near to the shoreline and Bjarkarholt and the ferry. Spacious bathroom and a handy kitchenette. Easy check in.

We had a wonderful stay at Bjarkarholt Guesthouse. the room and shared areas were new, modern, and clean. the Wi-Fi was good and the dark curtains in the room were a big plus. the owner took the time to give us a tour of the guesthouse, which was a nice touch. the house was well equipped and functional, and the host was super nice and helpful. They even allowed us a later checkout due to a work extension. the location was perfect for exploring the southern part of the West Fjords, with waterfalls, cliffs, beaches, hot springs, and smaller villages nearby.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊.

The place was fairly clean, I enjoyed that. It had a marvelous and magnificent setting close to the next supermarket, Iceland, and the ocean. I was located very close to the ferry. Amicable staff made me feel so welcome. Appreciated the smooth check-in too. There was a heated pool and views of the mountains.

We loved our stay at the guesthouse. The host was super helpful, flexible, and friendly. The kitchen area, bathroom, and rooms were all very clean and comfortable. The location was exceptional, with a beautiful view and the added bonus of a spa with a swimming pool and hot spring tub across the street. We had the place to ourselves, which was great because the rooms were small and didn't have many facilities. it was a wonderful experience.

The location was amazing and just what we wanted, not far from the ocean and Iceland, the staff was knowledgeable and gave us all the info, and the apartment was big for great value.

This place was a unique and charming spot to explore the many attractions of Hagi.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay while road tripping. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our holiday. Definitely considering a return visit! 🏠

The location of the guesthouse was fine, with a beautiful beach and hot pool just across the street. I couldn't resist spending hours soaking in the hot pot and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. The owner of the guesthouse was also very personable and cute, making me feel right at home. The kitchen was easy to use and there was a comfortable sitting area to relax in. I had a wonderful experience at Bjarkarholt Guesthouse and would highly recommend it.

I had a great time staying at this cosy and functional accommodation with ocean views, and the pool was amazing.
